Smart. Flexible. Powerful.
Our turntables are the ideal solution for 360° photography of components of all sizes. With load capacities ranging from 20 kg to 300 kg , Calidat covers everything—from delicate electronic parts to heavy industrial components.
Versatile: Use at your workstation for efficient teardowns or in a studio for professional imaging.
Compact & precise: The CT20 is perfect for small parts and fast captures
Future-ready: An optional weighing module will soon enable direct weight capture with automatic transfer to QTRIX.
How It Works
The turntable connects via Bluetooth to the QTRIX Camera App on your iPhone. Within the app, you define the number of shots per rotation and the desired image quality. With a single click, the automated process starts: The object rotates, the app captures all images, and stores them directly in the QTRIX system—automatically assigned to the correct component or object. If desired, images are automatically background-removed, resulting in ready-to-use product visuals without any post-processing.
Key Highlight
The automatic background removal delivers professional product images instantly—ready for reports, presentations, and databases without additional editing.

Seamlessly Integrated into the QTRIX Platform
The turntable is not a standalone device—it is an integral part of the QTRIX ecosystem. The generated 360° images are automatically linked to the correct iTEM in your database, making them immediately available for benchmarking analyses, Perceived Quality assessments, Value Engineering projects, or teardown documentation. All images can be accessed directly via the integrated 360° viewer in QTRIX—for your entire team, worldwide.
Our customers at Forvia use the Calidat turntable, for example, to automatically create professional 360° images during benchmarking workshops and transfer them directly into their global QTRIX database.
